It's Not Fair!

Is God fair? The answer might surprise you. If God were truly fair, we'd all get what we deserve—and that's a terrifying thought.

This week we're diving into Romans 9, exploring God's sovereignty, His mercy, and Israel's role in redemption. Paul's heart breaks for those who reject Christ, even wishing he could be cursed in their place. That's the depth of love we're called to have for the lost.

Here's the truth: God isn't fair—He's better than fair. His mercy exceeds fairness. Justice is getting what you deserve. Grace is getting what you don't deserve. Mercy is not getting what you deserve. Because of the cross, God's perfect justice is satisfied, and His mercy flows freely to us.

The question isn't whether we understand every detail of God's sovereign plan. The question is: Will you respond to what He's initiating in your life today?
